Looking to replace my seat belts. They're worn out & showing its age. I've look at oem parts at various jaguar parts. But they all cost close to $500 for both front sides.
I saw some website with aftermarket replacement but not sure if there's any issues I should concern myself. Any feedback is much appreciated.

I was lucky in solving the same problem with my 02XJ8L. My dependable independent Jag mechanic in Dallas had a good set on a parts car, and he installed a replacement for the drivers side belt for $100 (both parts & labor). The passenger side was OK. Looks great again! My luck was that I could examine the replacement before making the deal. Perhaps you can find something similar in your area.

 

Was it just a swap & no computer resetting?
I'm thinking ebay. And try to swap it myself.
