Everytime I start up the car, the speedometer needle rattles for a split second and then stops. I'm not sure what the problem is, but the cold weather could be a factor to whatever's causing this as well.

Any thoughts? Thank you.

 

Mines also does this on startup, all 4 needles shimmy for split second with a slight rattle, not sure if it's "the norm"
