Default Think it might be time to cut my losses and...

move up a few years.

I have been ordering parts and getting things lined up for my 2002. Just hit $3800 in what I'd need.

Sourced a 2005 with 67K locally (garage queen with fresh factory brake calipers/pads/up market rotors) and a fresh set of connies all the way around, wholesale at $4600.

For that price, I think I'll cut my losses, part the blue car, and get the newer black one...

Can't argue with that logic.

Plus, it has the updates compared to the earlier models. Hope you have good luck with it.

Is it a Sport model?

No, but I prefer the base anyway.

Sat/nav, upgraded seat, no info center on dash (boo!), and it is a 3.0 to my 2.5.

It will have the "new" transfer case, but I have to take the good with the bad!

When we put so much time, money, and labor in some thing it become personal bonding, but it's just a car, in the end it's just a perissable object, in the due time we have to replace it with another one, so if you fine a better car with better deal, go get it!

I love the Adriatic Blue, but the black on the new car is nice, too.

Checked the 2005 out this morning, looks like I'm going to get it, and I'll just take the blue one off the road. I can take my time sorting it that way, or I can cannibalize it for parts...I'll make that decision later.
