Three day, round trip break .
I just got back from a hotel break in Somerset ( Next county to mine UK ) Nice Hotel & weather . Trip was about 350 miles with sightseeing trips. I Dont use cruise control very often , but it did get some use on this trip . Roads were , Motorway, Town/City , back lanes & regular " A " roads.
I was quite plesased , on getting back home , the read out was 34.2 MPG ( Imperial )

I must pay a visit to Somerset. Up here we rarely see enough empty road to use cruise control!
I've found similar increased MPG on long runs with a number of Jaguars from XJ40 through to my current XK. Just goes to show how much fuel we normally waste in traffic jams in the UK.
