Three issue heating/cooling/brakes
I get heat intermiently for my 2002 Jag. It will work great then go completely cold. Is this a thermostat issue or is there some sort of sensor switch.
This past summer the A/C which is fully charged would blow cold then get warm. After driving on the highway sometimes it would then overheat. Can this be caused by the thermostat or is there a compressor issue or what?
The third thing the brakes were changed out new rotors/pads I now am getting a howling sound either in the front passanger or rear passanger side of the car. You touch the brake and it goes away or if you lift the emergency brake that will also make it go away. You can also turn the wheel to the left and it will go away. Is the a caliper issue?

RE: Three issue heating/cooling/brakes
Welcome.
Sounds like it could be a thermostat issue. Hopefully anyway, as that would be the cheapest. Perhaps you start there and see what happens.
Your brake issue is concerning. Pull both those wheels and check for excessive dirt, rotor runout, or, most likely, a frozen caliper piston or sliders are locked up a bit.
