tranny question
First off, remove the wood surround and the center console. Loosen up the 4 bolts at base of shifter then put would back on. Tighten down the 4 bolts and put it back together. If still not right it needs to be adjusted from underneath and thatis a little more tricky.
Need more info on your problem first though.

when i put the shifter over on the left side of j-gate it only has 2 gears to shift through, it feells like the low and drive work but no real "shift" had same problem years ago and it was the cable catching on the side of the console.

Nice vid bud. The bolts you are showing are 20 torx bolts. You need to remove the wood as you did, then the carpet at the sides of console.....one phillips screw holding each side in then you just pull. At the base of the J-Gate, where it bolts to the floor, there is 4 10mm bolts holding it down. Loosen them up put the wood back on to line up the shifter. Keep it in neutral while doing this. Once wood back on tighten down the 10s and replace the side panels of console. Likely though you have a cable problem at trans.
