I just picked up a pair of Polk MM6501's today. The mid woofer fits just fine but the tweeter does not fit into the factory spot near the door lock. Has anyone ever moded this opening to make a larger tweeter fit? Looks like it's just plastic and could be dremeled out with a careful hand. Any pics would be nice.

 

Yea I figured that was a little much too. Ive decided to just mount them behind the stock grill. I did a test with it just taped there and they still sounded sweet. I'll probably remove the grill on the tweeter so I don't have the double grill thing going on and figure out a more perment way of fastening them (super glue anyone lol).
