Juan, there is no "Type R" exhaust for the X-Type. The X-Type never had any sort of package that would have offered something of the sort. If you want to go custom, then the world is your oyster for the pickings. Just don't open up the exhaust too much as the ECU is semi picky and opening up the exhuast too much will result in engine codes that will be very difficult to make go away with very little gain in power.
As for fitting 18 inch rims, as long as you stick with the same overall tire diameter, you will be fine. The car was offered stock with 18" rims. Just don't go wild with the offset of any new rims and keep the profile very close to what the stock size is. Otherwise, you will have a lot of body work in your future. Some members have gone as big as 20" rims, but they needed significant work rolling their fenders to make room to fit the tires, regardless of the offset.
