Hi, I have a 2003 X-Type 2.0D SE. The sensors work fine but it is really quiet. Is there a volume control somewhere. If the heaters are on full blast the beeps are not that obvious I usually turn the heater off to hear the beeps properly.

 

Monz, to the best of my knowledge, there is no volume for the beep. If you want something louder, then let me know, I'm sure I can come up with something for you.

 

Do you know where the actual box is, where the beep comes out from. Because I cannot see it at all or anything to do with it.

 

Monz, if you have the sedan, then the box is located on the rear deck, under the covering. As I recall, if you are inside the car, look out the rear window and it is on the right hand side of the rear window there down near the seat.

 

Ive spoken to Jag who say this can be turned up by using their computer...!!

 

Just called Jag to find out how much it will cost, now they tell me it can't be increased using the computer!!
