does antone know where the 2 10mm bolts are behind the bumper to drop it off...Im very close to cuttin this F@#$ing thing off with a saw

Question

nice finally got it offf..got all light and ballasts installed...still damn it..pass doesnt work.....after nine hours i give up..I have tested the wiring harness that goes into the back of both lights..on driver's side...i have 2 power wires..their #'s are five and seven....on passenger side...Only seven has power..and 5 notta..it is a yellow wire with a green stripe...any idea's..do i need to run a new power wire to it....now im done for tonight but back at it...my jag will sit,until i figure this out..pls..any takers...
will also be double posting this to get it tech related as well..

Irish, with the HIDs, I would recommend checking fuse #30 in the engine bay fuse box. I bet you will find that fuse blown/bad. If in doubt or want to prove the wiring, then switch fuses #29 and #30 (#29 is for the driver's side, #30 is for the passenger side). If the passenger side works, even though the fuse may look good, it is actually bad. That will also prove the fuse originally in #30 good too. If both of those fuses are good, then you have a wire problem between the fuse box and the headlight harness (straight piece of wire between the two points). I would tell you to run a new wire at that point. The hard part of that will be simply getting the fuse box up so you can attach a new wire to the old clip (recommend soldering the new wire to the old clip).

Hopefully that gets your HID issue resolved.
