****UPDATE****

While driving through San Francisco two Saturdays ago I hit a pretty bad pothole! All I heard was the rims on my right side of my car hit the pavement. Luckily my rims weren't bent, but both tires had huge chunks of sidewall taken out of them (location was where the tire beads sit) I was able to drive home but I knew the tires would not last long.

The past Saturday I went to my local Big O Tires to see what they suggest I do. They told me that having the 215's on my car were comprising for one: ride handling, two: comfort, and three: risking a blow out b/c of the vehicle weight. They suggested for me to get some 225's right away, which was my original plan anyway. After bargining w/ the manager for a bit; I agreed on some Mastercraft Avenger ZHP 225/35/ZR19's. I didnt know Mastercraft made tires; but the manager stated that they were made by Cooper Tires and he had some on his 2005 Mustang. Off his suggestion and the aggresive tread pattern, I agreed.

The tires hit me for about $800 ($140 per tire, plus installation & road hazard warranty), but it was worth it! The tire fills out the rim perfectly and the ride/handling is better than ever!

$800 bucks! OUCH! Love the tread pattern though! I really love the look of the bfg's but found the same ones on ebay for $540 shipped...get em installed for 15 a tire. Yeah I definitely would go with the 225's how do you like the handles now???

No, I said I won't be getting too more serious til I pay off some bills. Getting closer though! Just cashed in a retirement I had this morning to pay off some bills so the wheels will hopefully be in the Near future! Although we keep getting bills in the mail from blue cross blue shield from the delivery and what not of my baby....400 here 200 there....maybe they'll stop coming soon!

I doubt that! After maybe a year or two, but I got bills for like two years of a hospital visit when I was younger.

Free Health Care and the US usually don't go in the same sentence, unless the word ISN'T is some where in there! and you complain about expensive gas!

Yeah really! There is a problem with govt. supplied healthcare...Canada has it and the doctors end up being bigger a-holes than they already are. They have guaranteed people and I've heard the healtcare was horrible! So I don't know which is worse! My employer pays over 150-200,000 dollars a year for healtcoverage and they still don't cover everything! I hate healthcare and all of that crap!

That's what I have, and for about the same price. Trouble is, the premium goes up almost 20% annually! [:@]As if that's not bad enough, the coverage gets lower and deductibles get higher in the process ! [sm=wtf.gif]

Well, I have blue cross blue shield of florida, but maybe the higher up on the annual pay the more you pay. Keep in mind I make less than 40K a year, and my wife gets paid under the table(gladly, because we save about 500 bucks a month by not giving it to uncle sam)

LOL-on that one biggie! I only made just over 30g last year by myself and I still had to fork over a massive amount of moolah! This year I didn't make crap because our hours were horrible! I lost I think it was nearly 5-6k just in overtime because the building industry here is DEAD!!! Anyways my wife and I had to do taxes jointly and we only got 1000 bucks back for taxes. Mind you last year I got 1000 for taxes by myself....the stupid part is that once married our taxes were combined which put us into a higher tax bracket than me being single. The problem I have is now the money is going for 2 people and not 1 so we get less back! Makes alot of freaking sense! Kind of like when theres a storm in Alaska and our gas prices supposedly go up because of that even though we don't even use Alaskian oil nearly as much as other countries oil! Makes alot of freaking sense! I'm sick of stealing non-working scoundrels that bathe in the money we work so hard to make![:'(]

Very true. Married and with a dependent means you should get plenty back if you make less than 30K. It depends on how much your wife makes though. Does she make over 20K, because if she does then the gov't thinks that you're in a position in which you can provide for yourself and your child!
