I have a 2003 xtype base model standard trans. I also have a 2003 xtype auto trans sport as a parts car. Can I upgrade the base unit with components from the sport. ie seats etc?
Does the base vehicle have the wiring in the harness?

 

You may well find that some generic looms will be installed. The best way to find out is to download the electrical diagrams for both cars and compare the relevant circuits.

started yesterday removing the passenger seat and to my pleasant surprise the cable was plugged into a dummy socket.I hope the rest of the wiring isin place for the other functions
