I have a 2004 Jaguar X-Type whose air conditioning/ventilating fan cycles on and off constantly. Since the fan "offs" are longer than the fan "ons," neither the ventilating with outside air nor the air conditioner effectively cool the car. I hear a clicking noise inside the left upper part of the dashboard when in an "off" cycle. Have any of you run across this problem before?
