I have been trying to find useful information to help me install an aftermarket stereo in my 2005 X-Type. I came across this pdf file that some may find handy. Sorry if it has been posted before. I searched and didn't see any threads on wiring diagrams for mine. Hope you find it as useful as I did... Billy

Thanks for the link... I have been after the proper original wiring diagram for ages.... as having got my mongoose cable and SDD v131 I am trying to resolve an error code that relates to cruise control.... but yet mine is not fitted with it... no switches on pedals nothing on steering wheel etc... but yet comes up with error codes related to cruise control…. everything works ok though, and brake lights work.. but annoying that I have these to error codes. hopefully now with this wiring diagram I can at least trace and shorts to earth on cabling... which is maybe what is causing it... ie unused cables actually shorted to ground..... at least I can work out now what pins to be checking on etc.
