X-TYPE JAGUARS FOR DIRT CHEAP I MEAN DIRT CHEAP REALLY LOW PRICES !
Yeah Jim I wish I could get one! I'd only get one if I had a full time job to pay the payment! Were paying 2 car payments, insurnance and everything else on my wife's pay check...which also isn't that great...
Wow..........sorry to hear that bro, that must be really tough. I can only imagine.
And I think we have it hard.
No doubt it'll all come good for you soon mate

Sell your X-type. I dont know what year it is, but you should be able to at least get 8-10K depending on year and miles. Then finance the rest. But theres one S-Type R with 96K miles white, creme interior, dvd navi, I can scoop up for $11500 . That has no select I dont believe.

Well if you want to get an S-Type R affordable, you must take the one with high milage. I could have gotten one myself with 45K Miles for $19500 out the door, but I choosed the one with 66K with Select Edition Warranty for 3K less. So to me that a savings.
You're talkin S type R's for only like £8k maybe £10 for a pretty good one? My god you guys are so spoiled over there!
Anyway, about your idea of saving frombenz. Its all relative, especially as you move your cars on every 4-6 months as you say you do.Whats the difference? If you buy the newer version with a lot less miles and in better nick probably you could enjoy it even more and still not really lose anything at the end of it!!!
I'm assuming of course that the 45k one had a similar warranty package too?

The 45k didnt have warranty left on it. I aim for cars with Warranty left on it so I dont have any problems selling it. Its called buyers peace of mind. Especially buying a Jaguar. I never bought or sold a car without a warranty.
Yeah high mileage wouldn't bother me in a naturally aspirated motor but over 50k miles and I'd want a warranty! I'll hit you up when the time comes though! I'd spend a little more to get exactly what I'd want though for sure!

Well I purchased my 04 X-Type Sport, I purchased it with 45K Miles, and Jaguar Select Package for only $11000. Pretty well equiped except for navi. I think I got a good deal. They are so cheap, its not even funny. I get looks everywhere.
Wow, reading all this makes me feel awful. I bought my Jaguar this summer (as my first car, I'm 16) for 20k without realizing I was getting ripped off pretty bad. Mines a 2002 2.5L Auto With 50k miles and no warranty. After buying it I started looking up prices online and realizing I could have gotten an S in really good condition for that. But I don't really care anymore about the price because the ladies love the car
Ok I feel REAL stupid now. I paid 16.5 for a 04 3.0 sport w nav and park asist(one owner lease). It was the cheapest I saw the only thing in the 11k range where Im at was the 2.5 or regular 3.0. How is that possible, thats why too low that doesnt speak of the name. If I knew that i wouldnt have gotten it. there are 04 honda accords that go for more than that. Great deal man but at the same that makes me kinda nervous. as a matter of fact some 04 scions cost around that much

There are a couple places getting
02 Jags X-type for 6k-7K At the Auction with mid milage like 40K-60K.
03 Jag X-Type for 8-9K with Mid Range Milage.
04 Jag X-Type for 10-11K with mid Range Milage.
They are so cheap people are making a profit when they buy them at the auction. Its so bad, they are practically giving brand new 2007 X-Type 3.0s with 2K Miles on them for 19K. A Brand new one. Ford really made a bad affect on these cars in terms of depreciation. So I can see how people are getting some good deals on these cars.

aloiseau WOW, you paid maybe 2 times the value of your car. Im gonna be 16 pretty soon and I have a 04 jag x-type 3.0 cant wait!! I start drivers ed in March 17
It's great being a teenager and owning a Jag dude, just wait until you get you're license. People triple your age stare at you at the gas station when they see a teenager hop out the Jag. The girls love it and my friends are all jealous because they think it's like a 35k car. The only thing that sucks is I had to pay for it by myself, but it's all good.
Same here its all paid by myself. Title in hand. I have a 04 jag x-type 3.0 auto with 55k and 1 owner, clean carfax and I bought it for $11500 plus about $500 in accesories that I bought.
