Default X-Type: The Movie

My x-type makes a high-pitch whining sound when I get up to speeds of 65-70 mph, and I was wondering if someone can identify what it is. I know it's hard to identify sounds from a description so I have included a video. The sound I am referring to can be heard best at 00:20-22 on the video.

The sound is a bit subltle, but unfortunately happens at highway cruising speeds, so it's a bit annoying. Otherwise, at lower speeds it sounds fine. Any input, or just random speculation, would be appreciated.
