Default x type over heat problem

hi i have a 2lt diesel x type jaguar, have no real history as such as car purchased 2 weeks ago, anyway, the warning light came on when we were driving home code showed a fuel pressure fault. long story short 4 new injectors fitted new fuel filter fitted.....prob solved runs a dream apart from under load at aprox 65-70 mph the temp gauge rises with warning light showing......reading posts and there saying water pump, under normal driving upto 65 mph temp wavers a bit but normal running smack in the middle of the gauge rising to 3/4 temp 99deg to 110deg (as per plug in live reader )..is it likely to be the water pump ????? and how much of a job to replace ? whilst im messing around with it i may as well do the stat to,oh also been told it could be the oil temp stat.any help would be good....

You need to quit driving the car if it's getting that hot. You'll damage the engine QUICKLY. Check coolant level first, thermostat second, water pump third.

And water pump is probably the easiest job on one of these cars.
