I have a red oblong light showing in the bottom right side of the speedo it is on permanently,when i first turn the key there is a amber light on the left side and the red light i am talking about on the right the amber one goes out immediately but the red one is on constantly does anyone know what this is my car is a 05 x type diesel,just to add i have had a major body repair and had a few electrical issues since this is one of them,any help identifying this would be great.

 

Mine does not have that light..but I remember when researching the x type, if the red light is on then run!...I think someone said "red=dead" meaning that the amber light means ok to drive but get it checked...red=do not drive..get it checked
