Again I completely agree the speed limiter is a bit of a bummer but this is probably based on the package included with the vehicle. For example the tires from the factory are only rated to to 121mph, so it makes sense from that standpoint. Hello, Project 8 put a V8 into the same compartment as the V6 and everyone knows about the same block being modified.

So if it's performance you want, go with a tune, change the tires, and enjoy what this engine is meant to do. It's essentially a F-type with 4 doors, I know as I have friends with both the V6 and V8 models.
