Can't download map update
Hey guys I just joined the forum out of frustration.
I just got a used XE and I wanted to update the map
I've got the inControl touch pro and I just purchased the 3 year subscription from jaguar.here.com
but when I go to the download tab it says that I don't have any downloads linked to my account
can anyone please help me?
Do I have to wait 24 hours just like the incontrol account?
plz help
did i just throw away $200

Model Year and location is an important consideration with updates. For example, there have been no map UK or European map updates released for my 2017 (2018MY) F-Pace since it was produced.

I suggest calling the main number for Jaguar Land Rover-Korea. There are people that can help you there or direct you to the appropriate department. Good Luck
