Default Does Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid = PCV

I am getting a lean code on my 2018 XE 2.0L Turbo vehicle. The mechanic says that it is from a PCV leak. He can't get the part, or work on it for over a week. I was looking to see if I could do it, but cannot find a PCV for this model car. I come up with Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid JDE38633. Is this the part?
2018 XE 2.0L Turbo. Is this the Jaguar Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid JDE38633? Is it the same as the PCV?

I doubt it.

The PCV in a general mechanic's language is the Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve. All modern cars have one. Your best way to get a full understanding of how it works and why it would create a lean air/fuel ratio when defective is to consult Google.

Found this on line....
"Positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) recirculates engine blow-by gas back into the combustion chamber. Purge control solenoid valve (PCSV) is a different device that controls vapor from the fuel tank. Just like PCV, PCSV also allows flow of fuel vapor into the chamber for internal combustion."
