Default E-Pace In-Control Pro Services Log in

I got my e-pace just over a week ago and i'm unable to log into In-Control Pro services. I keep getting an error message stating that there is a problem logging in our end please try again later (what ever that means)I've tried speaking to Jaguar customer services but almost a week later the problem is still not fixed. Does anyone else have this same issue?
