I am sure I have seen this clip in English. Basically, she has a good moan about the car - which comes across as a bit of a hatchet job - and then lets someone else drive the car, presumably because she is not good enough at it.

At a a guess the words are someone else's from a script which kind of resolves her actual role down to being a bit of eye candy and not much else.

Weird video, but as eye candy goes she is definitely in a different league to Jeremy Clarkson.
