Good day.

I recently hit a sharp stone while I was off roading and could not help but to take that route. The stone was of a considerable size and after my underside of the car took the hit, the protecting cover was punctured and a part of it came out and presently hanging.
The car is running smoothly without any problems and I found no abnormalities.
Please advise if I can expect any problems in future. Also, kindly inform me a little about the construction of the underneath area.
Location of the hit - just aft of the front wheels center.

You propably damaged the front panel. I would suggest to completely remove and replace it with no delay but you could drive without it.
