Hi Folks. My father’s 2015 XE R Sport has recently had the SCR replaced (at £1400). My fathers hearing isn’t great so he didn’t hear a howl since return of the car. I’ve just driven the car and have noted said howl. To me it sounds like a turbo type howl on smooth acceleration and deceleration. No noted affect on performance. Just wondered if this could be coming from the exhaust system? Could the exhaust have a leak since the SCR replacement? Hope someone can advise. Thanks in advance.
