I am trying to locate the ODB port on my 2016 Jag XE R-Sport if anyone can let me know or point me to a link with pics or diagram ....thanks

The port has to be near the driver's feet. Jaguar usually place them in the bolster below the dash.

On the USA Drivers Side, just under the steering column, just to the left of center of column in the USA versions. Look straight up from the floormat, its just behind a trim piece.

I bet it is on your drivers side, very close to the steering column, in either car.
