Hi All,

I am not sure if this is a common issue with Jaguar but my XE has this really annoying 'rattling' or 'ticking' noise on the rear seats. It only occurs when I am driving on a slightly bumpy road. After a few fixes of 'here and there' by the dealer in the last few months and my persistent complaints, the dealer has now advised that they need to replace the parcel shelf. Apparently they need to order this parcel shelf from UK. I really hope this is the final solution as it is driving me nuts! I have even recorded several clips as evidence.
