Anyone know of an upgrade to the Supercharger Intercooler for the Jaguar XE 35t?

Its October 7th today, and this Sunday it will be 99F they say...a record breaking high temp here in Austin, Tx. I don't expect the average annual temps will be dropping either.

Anyhow, the part number I'm looking to replace is T2H2530 pictured in this URL.

I've contacted Paramount Performance to see if this fits, no word yet. Prolly not though...although it is really similar.

I'm thinking a more efficient cooler with H2O sprayer would really help after heat soak. I've even asked Bell Intercoolers if they can make nozzle runthroughs for these, which can lower incoming air temps to below ambient:

I have also contacted Bell Intercoolers to see if they might be able to fashion one. Would anyone else be interested in a limited run?

I had the clearance checked and there is plenty of room for a thicker core. (Like 3-4 inches.)

Exotic power and Performance mentioned they have a local guy that they use for the exotic business that custom builds quality coolers, so now I'm inclined to go local when I do this. (Bell would have to do all design work remotely).

Fall finally "reached" Austin, so at least were averaging high 70's this week. As temps will be down for the next 5 months, I'll be putting this off until next year.

When I pull the trigger, I'll post again here to see if anyone wants a copy made of my proposed improved cooler when I get it produced.
