The rumored XE R is evening more exciting though...

 

I was just looking at the latest pics of the XE and the back seat area (what you can see of it) looks pretty small. I guess with it being a compact sports sedan you're not going to get much in the way of rear seat room. Interesting to see what the final product is going to offer but I might not be in the market for one of these if I can't get decent rear seat room out of it.

 

Please, oh please - an XE R Shooting Brake - and not just for the UK market.
