Default 2.0 Diesel thermostat housing
Has anyone managed to strip the housing down and clean/replace the thermostat? I’ve managed to get the two sensors out. One I’m assuming is coolant temp, no idea what the second one is.

Default 2.0 diesel thermostat
Just had mine replaced. It was stuck open also. My extended warranty covered the repairs at $1,270 at my dealer.
good luck with the replacement.
