Just found out my EPB beeping is coming from a bad switch in the center console. ie: the whole thing has to be replaced, transmission selector and all. Jaguar apparently can't make new ones(which are $1600) because of supply chain issues. Used ones look like garbage so I'm stuck with this beeping nightmare until something can be done.
where is the speaker that makes this sound? How hard is it to get to?

 

Try removing both cables from the battery and hold them together for 10 secs

 

Nah, it's been scanned. Definitely the transmission selector cluster. I need to stop the beeping. Taken those battery cables off and on a hundred times already
