I have a 3.0 2015 XF and sat nav only gives me the letter A as an option when selecting post code. It worked ok until a couple of days ago and still works with recent trips and take me home etc. Just can't enter a post code anymore. Can anyone advise a fix please ?

 

Open sat nav as usual. Instead of trying to put post code in, start typing address. at the top right of the screen the "search area" shows (this is the only way I know how to get this part of the menu up) and it was set to France not GB. Click on the search area and pick GB etc and all will now work OK.
