Default 2017 floor mats

I am not liking how short the driver side front floor mat is, this is were I need the most protection anybody purchase after market floor mats that go all the way forward and cover or protect the vertical section on the left?

I've been searching with no luck either. For now, I picked up another cheap mat and tucked it under the main mat and up that side. I rest my left foot there the entire time I drive, so it will get worn out in no time without some kind of protection.

I contacted Weather Tech to see when they will be releasing their floor pans for it, but I haven't heard back yet....

Exactly, I contacted a manufacturer as well awaiting there response, but I might do the cheaper mat under the stocker as you have for now.

Just be REALLY careful that whatever you add won't slide up/over and interfere with the brakes. I've only had mine in for a few days, so I'm still a little paranoid about that!

They said it will cover the area on the left that the left foot rests on, so I ordered a set of fronts and will post some pics when they show up.

Default LLoyd Luxe Floor Mats

They came in today, they are much thicker, well constructed, good quality material, banding, and utilize the stock mat hooks. Some thing like these is what should have came with the car, even more so when you get the luxury interior package in my opinion.

The company didn't respond to my e-mail about whether or not they cover the area that the left foot rests on so I went to a retailer JCWhitney and they contacted the company by phone and asked so I felt compelled to order from them as they got me the answer to my question. You might be able to find them cheaper elsewhere.

I may have to order the rear mats now

Here is a link to the album with pictures.

I'm in contact now with the company and found them exceptionally responsive. Your pictures are welcomed and just what I needed. The driver's mat covers what I hoped for. Now I'm waiting on color chips to see if I can replace my Espresso with a compatible color. Curious....what did you pay for the fronts? If I get them I'll go all four.

For the driver's side there's a little hump/ledge on the part of the floorboard that slants up beneath the brake and accelerator. Between the 'dead pedal' and under the brake. The new mat extends over the area. Does the mat drop down to conform with the floorboard or does it 'float' above it leaving dead space behind it?

Currently it's floating and not an issue, I would think after some time it might conform who know's. I guess time will tell.

Ordered a full set. Couldn't get the color I wanted for the LUXE so went with the Ultimat. From the color samples I received it still feels much better than the stock Jaguar mat material, extends up underneath the pedals, and covers the dead pedal so my criteria were met.

Nice, doesn't take much to be better than the stock mats

On mine, there is a hard plastic foot rest for your left foot built in to the carpet. If there wasn't, I too would have gone for the better mats.

Mats arrived and I'm pleased. They didn't have a color to match the originals and the color is closer to the wood trim and looks good. Much better pile. Solved the dead pedal problem as well. High quality material and workmanship. The color is closer to the original than in the attachment because of the glare off of the new mat.

Is your original carpet color "Oyster" or "Espresso"?
And what color did you order for the new mats?
