In-Control Map update

Has anyone received the below e-mail from NNG and Naviextras offering map updates? Is this spam?

The website looks totally legit to me. I wouldn't mind updating my 2016 XF Navigation myself as I noticed how outdated it is on a 400 mile trip I took this weekend. The price is a little steep though if you ask me. I might have to think about it first.
