Default Headlight Washer

Might be a silly question, but is this the headlight washer and if so how is it activated?

Default Headlight Washers

From the Owners Manual:
The headlight wash feature operates automatically with the windshield wash.

The feature operates every fourth operation of the windshield washers. The feature operates if the headlights are switched on and approximately 10 minutes has elapsed since the last headlight wash.

Switching the headlights or the ignition off and back on again resets the cycle.

Do you have the You Tube video location. I didn't know I had that feature or do I.

I rarely drive in snow. Not because I avoid it, but because it avoids me. I would like the ability to turn on/off headlight washers permanently. Right now they are just something else to leak/break that I never use. Maybe someone who buys my car will want them so permanent deletion isn't a good thing.

I believe the prestige doesn't have the HID lights so probably won't be fitted with headlight wash.....

According to my Owner's Manual, fuse number 6 in the engine compartment fuse box is a 30 amp green that is for Headlamp power wash. You might want to consider pulling it?

(untested solution, your mileage may vary... etcetera...)
