Yours is an X250 (2010 model) this is an X260 forum. Try your secondary Fob key if it works. OK, I can't find any info on X250 at Jaguar website but found one on X260. Perhaps this will help. It may or may not work on your particular vehicle.

Two thoughts - - - 1) There is another forum for the older XF models
2) I replaced the batteries in my key fobs and they started working again.
Good luck,
