A new XF is my wife's daily driver. She just texted me frustrated that she can't figure out how to manually tune the radio to a particular station. I did a search here and read that the steering wheel search button doesn't tune to preset stations, so I passed that suggestion along to her. She said she already tried this but it did indeed only tune to presets for her.

Any hints would be appreciated.
