I assume this model is built at the Jaguar Factory in Changshu, China as part of the joint venture with Chery. The XF is a modern classic, so I personally am glad to see it continue in some form, and I'm also glad to see that there is SOMETHING happening in TATA's Jaguar holdings somewhere. Everyone will have opinions on this, and my only intent is to share this news of interest. Contrary to what the author asserts, we can have one: if we can find one, 25 years from now based on current importation laws. I wonder if the Chinese export old cars like the Japanese do. Then again, try finding parts to keep it running in 2050.
