Default Need help/theft lockdown mode

Hey can anyone help me figure out what’s going on with my Jaguar 2015 XF. About a month ago, it died on me and we replaced aux battery and it was fine. Then started showing weird codes again so we replaced alternator. Then went into “lockdown mode/theft mode”. and my keys can’t be detected and it won’t start. We have had locksmiths look at it, as well as 2/3 shops. Jaguar dealer won’t work on it because of their 10 year policy. Some shops are saying BCM/VCM module but not sure. Anyone have any advice?

What? Never heard of that policy. Where are you located? I'm assuming the main battery is OK. You might have better luck in the X250 forum.

When your car goes into "theft" or "lock" mode, it could be related to a problem with the car's immobilizer system.
