I have a 2014 XF with the car at low RPM and the wheels turned either way I hear a noise which sounds like my power steering pump is really struggling. Any idea where I could get a power steering pump from? Better yet any ideas what else it might be?

I had the same thing in my 2013. A flush and fill brought it back to normal.

 

When the wheels reach either left or right limit a valve opens to allow the fluid to pass through without restriction so the pump doesn't work overtime for no reason. You may be hearing the fluid going through the valve/lines.

 

I had that a few years ago. It was the pump and required replacing. Merriam Jag has a good online store and you can buy parts online if you’re in the US. I’ve found eBay can be helpful too. Else your own dealer of course
