Michelin Pilot Sport 5.
Because not many tyres can handle so well not generating flat spots when vehicle is sitting few days.

I agree with the poster above to go with Michelins. I have Yokohamas on this XF I just purchased. I can't wait until they wear out so I can put Michelins on it as they are as noisy a tire as I've had on the road ever. I had Michelin Latitude Tour HP's on the Range Rover I just sold and they were the quietest tires ever! Go with Michelins if you can!

I previously had the Michelin pilot sport 4 and they were great. No stock when I last bought tyres. So I ended up with Bridgestone potenza. Not a patch on the Michelin in my view.
So it's back to the pilot sport 5 then.

I had Pilot Sport on my 2014 XF-s, replaced with Kumho on the recommendation of the local Tyres & More dealer after they died. The Pilots had a bit more grip but not a massive difference.
The current 2017 has Bridgestone Turanza's. We have had a few good runs up some back roads, acceptable (but not great) in the dry but will breakaway without a lot of notice in the wet. I'll probably go back to the Kumho's, it's a bit hard to justify twice the price for the Pilots
