Default Engine Vibration problem

Hello. My 2017 XF 35T supercharged 3.0 has an engine vibration that I can not pinpoint. The vehicle has 90,000 miles on it. Spark plugs replaces at 81,000 miles. The vibration is around 1500 RPM, then dissipates and again returns around 2250 rpm. After that it is not really noticeable. No odd sounds. There is noise from the injectors, which appears to be common to these engines. This happens in any gear and in neutral. I would say it is a medium vibration. I've also noticed that it lessens after a longer/harder drive. There are no DTCs, which I find odd. However, looking at live data i see a misfire on cylinder #2 and #5 under "Combined misfire information - catalyst damage output counter". I replaced the coils and plugs on these two cylinders with no change. Cylinder compression checks good. Doesn't burn oil, but has a minor leak at a valve cover. Coolant level is good and no loss there either. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris

Edit: title should be Engine Vibration problem.

Looks like the engine isn't getting enough air or fuel. Have you cleaned the throttle body? Air filter could be dirty or clogged? MAF sensor needs cleaning?

I did all that. New air filters, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the MAFs, and used a STP intake valve cleaner. Not sure how well that last one works, but there are pretty good reviews on it. Engine does not bog down at all and will pull all the way to red line. I do need to data log the fuel trims to see if anything is amiss there.

What shakes? Any speed or just rpm? If you floor it through 1500 and 2250 rpm can you feel a vibration as it passes through? Motor/trans mounts OK?

The vibrations can be felt through the seat and steering wheel. The vibration is RPM dependent, not speed. I can rev the engine in park and the vibration is there. If I floor it the vibration is hardly noticed. It is still there, but it passes through quickly. After a hard drive the vibration will reduce.

Mounts a look good and I don't see any issue with them. It also doesn't feel like a general mount vibration. It does feel like there is a cylinder or two missing. Best way to describe is it that it feels more like an unbalanced tire vs a general rattle.

I did take a look at fuel trims yesterday.
Long term:
B1: 8.59- 9.38
B2: 10.94-11.72
Short trim:
B1: -7.03- 4.69
B2: -7.81- 7.03

It sounds like you're having some kind of harmonic induced problem. Have you banged on the cats and mufflers to see if anything is loose? These type of problems often turn out to be something out in left field.
