Default Wireless Charging

Hello.

I am new here and I was wondering as anyone installed a wireless cell charger. I noticed a nice spot above the gear dial shifter where its got a rubber that would keep a cell phone in place. I was wondering if its possible or if anyone has done it to installed a wireless charger in that spot.

Thanks

Don't the wireless chargers require AC power?

That is why I am here asking if someone has done this. I have seen dash mounts using the 12v. Thanks

Wireless chargers are outputting roughly 5V DC because that's what the devices are using. They consume DC as well, but they can get AC which would be then transformed to DC via power supplies.

Are there any wireless chargers that work via USB port? That should be easy to install.

Virtually every individual wireless charging station uses micro USB as their input. Which is 5.2V DC
