2005 Type X 3.0 AWD or 2004 S type V8 4.2 RWD
Having owned both, the S-Type was more up market than the X-Type. Plus the V8 was SO much nicer than the V6.
Down side, was I had to get snow tire/wheels for the S-Type.
Traded the S-Type for an XF 3.0 AWD, and have missed the V8 every day since.
