How can i stop this from getting larger? here is a pic.

 

Stop doing what caused it! It looks like someone has been lifting their body into the seat using their right elbow.

 

i cant put some super glue or something there?

 

I'd clean the leather really well and follow with a leather conditioner. I suppose you could try patching it from the underside with some tape or patch of some kind. If it gets worse, just take it to an upholstery shop and have them replace the cover.
