2010 xfr AUX battery

does the 2010 xfr have an auxillary battery? if so where is it located?

No.
The XF including the XFR didn't get stop/start and the associated auxiliary battery until 2012.
Then the stop/start system was modified in 2016 on the XF (X260 now) and other Jags to a single battery system.

My 2012 XF 5.0 Portfolio does not have the stop/start system.
