I have a 2011 Jaguar XF Premium. I am in the middle of rebuilding the vehicle since it has a flood title. Knowing that the ECM has to be reprogrammed, would this cause the seatbelts to not pull out? I had to remove the driver's seat to get access to the modules under the seat and had to remove the seatbelts from the seat. Is this normal since that ECM is not working?
