My Portofino started running poorly like misfiring, pulled codes and got p0087 pending and P2279 history. I don't know should I just replace hpfp (how many installed) and pressure regulator/ sensor

 

I'm having trouble finding my high pressure fuel pump, 2012 xf portofino 5.0, could it be under the plastic cover along the valve cover or what

 

On the passenger side and down low.








You have a LP electric fuel pump in the tank and two hi-pressure gear driven pumps mounted up on the engine.
They are timed to the engine and can be a bitch to set up properly!
