Default 2012 XFr Salvage

Hey there Jag community
So I own a 2012 NA XF.
I recently found a 2012 xfr for sale really cheap it is in really great condition except that the engine and transmission are completely shot.
My question is what can I use off of the xfr for my XF?
Do all the body panels transfer over? How about break components and stuff like that?
Is it worth it for me to pick up the xfr as a donor for my XF?
Any help or info you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Yep, almost all non-engine parts will transfer over easily.

Brake and suspension will have differences.

Brakes will swap over easy, been there done that (just on the F-Type instead of an XF) and so have others. Front 355 to 380 and rear 326 to 376 zero problems.
Suspension is different in that the active suspension struts will not work unless the receiving car also has active suspension, due to the electronics.
The XFR springs are a tiny bit shorter than the XF springs, only some 3 mm, so they should swap over no sweat although I have never read or heard of anyone doing this.
E-diff swap won't work again due to electronics.
Seat swap may or may not work again due to electronics.
Maybe a few other things where the swap won't work due to different electronics/modules/programming.

What's up with the salvage car? Why not a reverse swap if you don't care if its going to be a salvage title ( if its just the engine, it won't be salvage regardless of what the insurance company says.
