Exclamation AC and Air vents not working at all

Hello all,

Recently, I have got Jaguar XF Luxury 2013, so I am totally new to it
Unfortunately, the AC is not blowing air at all, plus the air vents are not rotating either at auto mode or when you turn them on.
Would you please recommend what steps should be taken first to investigate what might cause these problems!

Your help is much appreciated!

Hello mate,
Thanks for your response 😊
Sorry if you got me wrong! But the AC is not blowing air at all even if you choose the manual or auto climate settings 😭

Can't answer your question but can you DIY anything?
If not you will find owning a used Jaguar VERY expensive. This forum will be your savior because just about all the problems have been figured out.

Have you done anything yet? Like check for blown fuses?

Off course I am looking to DIY myself, so I have tried to the check F23 AC fuse, which was alright.
I have noticed something strange about it as it should be placed on the second row top left l, but In mine, it was on the 3rd row instead! If you try to zoom in the below picture, you will find there is no connecters on the first two left, but there is one on the third row (where I removed the 10A fuse)
What do you suggest please?
Is there any other fuses need to be check as well?

John the video says not available?

If the fuse is good is there a way to hook the car up to a SDD for deeper scans? You might have a bad vent but don't want to recommend you change something before we can tell for sure that's it? Unless you have access to a parts car where you can start swapping parts from?

Not certain why the video link won't work, but if you go to youtube & search for "sofa warrior" it shows how to disconnect the internal pre-heater!
